The Next Step to Growth

This past year we got to share a bit with you about the vision of ‘growth’ that we saw for Semper Foods. We were beyond excited to be able to announce the installation of Jay Lopez as our Chief Growth Officer and let’s just say he has been very busy ever since. Since the inception of Semper Foods, Jay has been hard at work constructing and improving the various systems and flows that we use daily throughout our work systems and our CRM, Salesforce. In many ways we have become equal parts a tech company and a food distribution company. Jay continues to generate many outstanding creative and productive innovations that have quickly become essential parts of our daily operations. With the increased demand of not only the industry, but also of our rapidly growing team, the time has come for our team to add a new and extremely valuable role, that of the Salesforce Administrator and Developer.?

We are beyond excited to be able to welcome Rajeswari Bandi as the new Salesforce Admin and Developer here at Semper Foods. This is a pivotal moment for our company as Rajeswari will allow Semper to now have a full time resource dedicated to implementing and improving our Salesforce instance. Salesforce is integrated into almost every aspect of our daily operations and is one of our most valuable assets. The ability to have someone on staff who is knowledgeable and experienced in the curation of the Salesforce instance is sure to prove to be of unparalleled value as we continue our current growth trajectory.?

Rajeswari comes to us boasting a broad spectrum of experience with Salesforce and its capabilities. She has a proven track record of customizing the instance in ways that best suits a company's needs and sets them up for continued success. The opportunities this will open for us as a company are truly endless and the brainstorming sessions have only just begun!

As Semper Foods continues to grow, there is little doubt that technology will continue to play a role in the daily operations of our company. The technology that we are using today will undoubtedly evolve and change over time, but we will be prepared for that when the time comes. Our continued improvement and investment in our various systems has played an integral role in the success that we have been able to achieve thus far.
