The Next Step, Episode 2 - Finding Purpose

Episode 2 of LinkedIn Learning’s new documentary series “The Next Step” is out now. In the first episode we met job seeker and life-long learner Roel Villamayor who was bursting with potential, but working through self-doubt as a job seeker who was formerly incarcerated. In our second episode, Roel now feels more confident, but is struggling to define his purpose and narrow his job search.
