The Next Phase of our CH?RA Journey

After a challenging but ultimately rewarding inaugural year, CH?RA Foundation is ready for the next phase of its journey. In 2021, we will deepen our focus on the pursuit of a distinct purpose: to create a space that enables organisations and complex systems seeking transformation to make sense of the world, take action, and form decisions that bring about a genuine difference.

We will be strengthening our operations and extending our outlook, continuing to create conditions and possibilities for growth while developing the intellectual assets and capabilities at the heart of what we do and bring to the world.

To support and assure our way forward, the Foundation has made the following appointments: Managing Director Gina Belle will formally take on the role of CEO, and Strategic Innovation Specialist Emilia Lischke will join our Management Board.

Gina brings a deep knowledge of our Strategic Innovation and System Transformation Framework, having been an attentive curator and practitioner over the years, and a broad-ranging intellectual curiosity that will seed the evolution of the concepts, processes, and tools CH?RA offers. Her care for the long term sustainability of our project, her professionalism, creative thinking, leadership and compassionate nature will define a style for the space that we want to create, will be an example for the people in it and of value to those we partner with now and in the future.

Emilia has been instrumental in establishing and growing CH?RA and part of our longer-term Strategic Innovation journey. She brings experience in establishing and nurturing co-creative ecosystems, public policy strategy, and a thoughtful interest in the dynamics of time, technology, financial services and wellbeing. We look forward to further drawing on her care, curiosity, and passion for the System Transformation Capability we are bringing to the world.
