We know COVID-19 has changed the way we used to interact and work, and the same will alter our practices after the pandemic relent. Now, companies have started to shift from WFH to WFO. For example, service or work went remote, entertainment and medicine transferred to screen, and businesses shifted to work digitally.?

However, the businesses are now sluggishly trying to operate the way they used to work before. Although not with the same intensity, but they are ready to show their productivity, efficiency, and innovation.?

We had also noticed that recruits who are fresh and out of college were not so productive when they were expected to work from home. Being freshers and out of college, they had too many disturbances and distractions.?

Work from home is good, but the organizations want their bright heads back. When employees work from home, they feel isolated, and this brings down productivity. Office fun, culture, vibe, these things really matter to employees. Sometimes, virtual meetings turn tedious compared to meeting in person, especially when you have a large team.?

Big organizations spend a lot of time building an office culture that can bring out the best in the employees. But, unfortunately, these things cannot be kept in shape when they’re working from home.?

So, CV Infotech is ready to work post lockdown from the office but with certain precautions, such as physical distancing, following the smooth disinfection routines, or even changing the number of employees in the office versus WFH.
