Next level FT-IR Microscopy - LUMOS II

Ready to experience the LUMOS II difference? Request a demo today and unlock the power of infrared microscopy reimagined!

Are you ready to take your FT-IR imaging and microscopy to the next level? Look no further than the?LUMOS II?– a true game changer in the field. Let’s dive into the benefits that users will enjoy when they replace their old FTIR microscopes with the LUMOS II

Stand-Alone FT-IR Microscope

The LUMOS II is a compact and precise FT-IR microscope, ideal for failure analysis, material research and particle analysis. It is the only standalone FT-IR microscope that can be equiped with FPA imaging detector, enabling the collection of up to 900 spectra per second.

Superior μ-ATR FT-IR Capabilities

Transmission, reflection, or attenuated total reflectance (ATR) – the LUMOS II excels in all modes.

Its greatest strength lies in the integrated ATR microscopy enhanced by FPA technology. This makes it a universal tool for failure analysis, product development, and more.

Fully Integrated and Automated ATR

Any measurement procedure in any measurement mode is performed fully automated, including ATR analysis thanks to the fully integrated and accurate piezo-driven, pressure-controlled ATR crystal. No manual interaction is required besides placing the sample on the stage.

Ultrafast Chemical Imaging

The LUMOS II features ultrafast chemical imaging using FPA technology. You’ll get high-definition spectral and visual data in the low-micrometer range. Collect up to 900 spectra per second with a pixel resolution of 5 micrometer (and 1,25 micrometer with ATR Imaging).

No need for liquid nitrogen – the LUMOS II’s standard TE-MCT detector ensures high IR sensitivity without the hassle.

Now Even Better with 3D FocusFusion and Adaptive Chemical Imaging

Infinite "sharpness" in microscopic images helps in region of interest selection. Create microscopic images of highest quality.

High Performance Chemical Image Generation by New Adaptive K-means Clustering Function

Autonomous determination of spectral variance within IR and Raman microscopic imaging and mapping data and automatic assignment of each data point to defined classes. The result is displayed as chemical image of the analyzed sample.
