Next generation reporting

In the next generation of Escali Financials, reporting will be much better visualized, more dynamic and more interactive. Reports will be available through our distribution platform, Escali Reports, as well as in Escali Financials itself.

The good news is that these reports are available to you already, even if you are not converted to the next generation of Escali Financials. We suggest that you already start using the new reports to get familiar with them. Use these reports in combination with the old reports until your converted to the next generation.

The reports in Escali Reports are available in four categories:

1. Escali Financials reports. These are reports with basically the same information as existing reports in Escali Financials and are meant to replace these reports. The following subject are covered today, and more is to come: Transactions, Transaction details, Accounting transactions, Book values, Tax reporting, FX derivatives, Interest.
2. Model reports. These reports are more visualized and dynamic reports which cover certain subjects. The following model reports are available: Investments, Debt, Accounting, Risk Management, Leasing.
3. Report packages. This is in depth reports for different subjects. Here we go thoroughly into the subject with drilldown capabilities and analysis, and the report is presenting the subject in a clear and user-friendly way. Here is a list of available report packages: Liquidity management, Interest risk, Currency risk, Notes to the accounts – IFRS, Notes to the accounts – NGAAP, Shareholder register, Collaterals and covenant.
4. Tailormade reports. This is reports, where our most professional clients require tailormade reports specifically designed and developed to cover the customer specific needs. These reports is often developed using the customer’s logo and design template. Escali holds a specialized team which can help you find the correct KPI’s for your business, and design the best way of presenting these data.

Escali financials reports and model reports is available to all our clients and is included in the current licence of Escali Financials. Report packages requires an additional licence, and tailor-made reports are offered upon request.
