NEXT CUSECO CLASS May 6-8th, 2020
Well we had in October, 2019 another very successful CUSECO Class in MA. 100% of the students passed the exam. This course is an intense review of the EAR and ITAR. The first half day of the class, we review the material from Dunlap Stone on how to take a test with reviewing the Advance Questions and practice questions on how to prepare the student in taking the test. The afternoon session day, we review the EAR Presentation prepared by KIC. This presentation reviews each Chapter of the EAR. We also review another 25 questions prepared by KIC to assist you in preparing for the exam.
The second day of the class the morning session is dedicated again to review the material from Dunlap Stone with reviewing the homework from the night before and more in class questions. The afternoon session, we review the ITAR Presentation prepared by DL Exports. If enough time remains we review additional questions for the exam.
The third day is the 4 hour exam. There are 4 sections 50 questions per section proctored either by KIC or DL Exports. It is an open book, multiple choice test.
So why take the CUSECO course and exam? With the ever increasing convergence of government security administration and the resulting over-lapping management of government controls to ensure our nation's security, it is of utmost importance that individuals who qualify for this professional designation be proficient in both Department of Commerce and State Department's export regulations, including: the ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations - 22 C.F.R. 120 - 130) and the EAR (Export Administration Regulations - 15 C.F.R. 730-774) and other applicable government bodies' regulations.
Individuals who achieve this level of professional development usually serve at a high level in their organization, or are aspiring to attain a higher level position, overseeing the regulatory compliance of goods and services that must meet these critical government regulations.
