The Next Chapter In Our Journey

I predominately use LinkedIn to provide insight that I hope is helpful in regards to careers, interviews, work environments, the job market and more.

Today, on this beautiful Saturday morning, I flip the script for just a moment.

In 2019, I'm looking for more employers that want and need new external recruiting partners.

For any "Million Dollar Listing" fans, Ryan Serhant's quote comes to mind: "Expansion. Always, in all ways."

How is this different than any other year?

You see, it's been a journey.

Brian McCall started the Platinum Indy office 11 years ago. 

I was his first hire over 10 years ago. 

We shared a Regus office, took turns making calls so we could hear, fought for every new client we could get.

Oh, by the way, it was 2008. Remember that year?!

In the first 10 years, we grew to be a team of 5.

With Brian's leadership, we focused on doing things the right way. On building long-term relationships. Not presenting resumes without permission, being honest with candidates and clients, adding value beyond resumes and placements.

We would be a firm built on relationships, not transactions.

After years and years of heavy business development AND recruiting...we eventually got to a point where we were spending more time recruiting.

A lot more.

This was a good thing. We had clients and they needed great people. But, unless we hired more people, we were spending all of our time finding those clients great people.

This is where the "Next Chapter" begins.

In 2018, we added 4 more people to our team. We launched a new website.

With more recruiting experience, ability and bandwidth...we are in better position than ever to help more employers find awesome people.

2019 will be a year of business development for me.

Our strengths and passions are Finance, Operations, Human Resources and Executive Search.

Contingent and Retained Search.

Permanent Placement and Contract/Project Staffing.

Executive Searches have included...General Counsel, CFO, VP of IT, Chief Accounting Officer, VP of HR, M&A, COO, VP of Operations and more.

Clients range from Fortune 500 to smaller, high-growth companies. From global manufacturing to healthcare.

Geography has expanded as well. We've helped clients from Denver to New Jersey, and many places in between.

We're not the right firm for all employers. Not all companies are right for us.

We look for a good match. A partnership. When we find that, you won't find a firm or team that works harder for you.
