The Next Chapter in our Fight to Improve Patient Care Starts Now

While becoming a public company is a monumental achievement, the progress Ceribell has made in enhancing patient care is even more profound, and this is just the beginning. With this new chapter, we are positioned to expand our reach and help clinicians protect even more lives and brains with the assistance of our rapid seizure detection technology.

A Critical Unmet Need with Millions of Patients at Risk

We founded Ceribell after identifying a significant gap for patients experiencing non-convulsive seizures. These seizures, often invisible due to a lack of obvious symptoms, frequently go undiagnosed in ICUs and emergency departments. Delayed seizure detection and diagnosis can put patients at risk of brain damage or even death. Early detection is essential, because - just as it is for stroke - "time is brain" when it comes to non-convulsive seizures.

Without Ceribell, diagnosing these seizures can take hours, if not days, due to the limitations of traditional EEG systems. With our AI-powered point-of-care EEG technology, it takes just minutes for clinicians to start monitoring a patient for seizures, potentially allowing them to intervene before lasting harm can occur. We’ve already engaged with more than 500 hospitals to reach over 100,000 patients, but millions more remain at risk, and the urgency of this work drives us forward.

A New Vital Sign

Our IPO is more than a business milestone—it’s a springboard for what’s next. With the resources and visibility gained from this IPO, we’re poised to continue innovating and expanding our reach, bringing potentially life-saving technology to more hospitals, clinicians, and patients.

Our vision is to make EEG routine as a vital sign. Just as patients commonly receive an EKG when they present with chest pain, we believe patients with acute neurological issues should receive an EEG just as quickly. No patient should suffer permanent brain injury or death due to delayed access to EEG.

?The Goal is Clear

I am incredibly proud of our Ceribell team members. Their hard work, creativity, and unwavering dedication have brought us to this moment. I’m equally grateful for the support of our visionary partners—physicians, hospital administrators, and investors—who believed in Ceribell and made this possible.

?Our Nasdaq listing is a testament to the trust and support we’ve earned over the years. And while we are thrilled at what we’ve accomplished, we know there is still much more to do. Thousands of hospitals still lack our system. We believe expanding the use of rapid EEG in ICUs and emergency departments will help patients get the neurological care they need, when they need it most.

As we continue to evolve, our goal is clear: to establish the Ceribell System as the standard of care for EEG in acute care settings, and to help clinicians save lives. By driving innovation and supporting timely access to EEG,? we are reshaping neurological care—one patient at a time.
