The next chapter.....

I am grateful for the incredible journey I've experienced as a competitor on the international stage. Representing my country and competing against the world's best athletes has been a privilege and a dream come true. However, after careful consideration and reflection, I have decided to step down from international competition and embark on a new chapter in my career as a coach.

This decision was not made lightly, but I believe it is the right one for me at this time. As I transition into coaching, I am excited about the opportunity to share my knowledge, experience, and passion for the sport with the next generation of athletes. Coaching will allow me to give back to the sport that has given me so much and to play a role in shaping the future of Taekwon-Do.

While I will miss the thrill of competing, I am looking forward to this new challenge and the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of others. I am committed to supporting and guiding our England Team to reach their full potential, both on and off the mat.

I am grateful for the support of my family, coaches and teammates throughout my competitive career, and I am excited about the journey ahead as a coach.
