Next Chapter

When I founded CGLytics seven years ago, my dream was to build a leading global business with great people that equipped companies with data-driven intelligence to take the right governance actions. My aim was to make a difference and unleash a change. Today, we provide leading corporations, investors, and professional services firms powerful data-driven solutions, for better engagement and informed decision-making.

We have achieved tremendous scale and progress to date, and I could not have realized what we accomplished today without my exceptional team, our incredible clients, strategic partners and Diligent. I am deeply appreciative for the continuous trust and commitment the team put in me, and now, as CGLytics continues and accelerates its incredible growth trajectory and align more closely with Diligent, it is the right moment for me to begin to evolve how I spend my time.

After more than 7 amazing years where CGLytics has been my priority, given the progress we have made in each respect, and with CGLytics positioned as the foundation of data analytics in the Diligent portfolio, I will be stepping down as CEO of CGLytics to allow myself time to explore new interests beyond CGLytics. I’m pleased to share that I’ll be taking on a new role at Diligent as Senior Advisor and joining the Diligent Institute Advisory Board. I’ll continue to focus on supporting our CGLytics customers – especially through the 2021 proxy season – and help Diligent further its work around ESG and deliver an innovative, integrated analytics platform.

This is a natural evolution for me and for CGLytics. I’m looking forward to staying close to Diligent, but I’m also excited about my next chapter. My thanks, as always, go to our passionate and entrepreneurial team and fantastic clients and partners. 

As we look ahead to 2021, our amazing team at CGLytics and Diligent remain focused as ever on providing the market with the leading governance intelligence.
