The Next Chapter

As I reflect on the last (almost) 8 years , I look back at the “leap” of faith I took to align with the vision Mobile Klinik had to build out a coast to coast, true Canadian success story of a professional smartphone repair chain that serviced Canadians with transparency, expertise, pride and professionalism.? With the support of James Ferguson and Tim McGuire ???????????? the organization positioned itself and dedicated itself to developing both brand and talent alike.? I also want to thank Mike McKenna and Greg Bedard for all of their endless dedication during those critical early days.

One of my true passions throughout my career is aiding the building of culture via the people that yearn to grow with an organization and collaboratively aspiring to achieve great things together while striving for excellence and unprecedented results organically through transparent options that lead to consumer solutions and value.

I can truly say all of the above was achieved throughout my (almost) 8 years at Mobile Klinik.? A brand that I will always remember through the legacy that was built by people and culture from the early days.? I wanted to also take this time to thank ELISA GOMIERATO and the great people at Resource Consulting & Associates Corp. for their joint dedication and collaboration in talent acquisition over the years that helped the business and so many people along the way of their respective career journey’s with us.

The journey also entailed the acquisition(s) / absorption of competitors over the years and I thoroughly enjoyed supporting each and every single one of them, while learning from its people and continuing to fine tune the business with a customer is first mentality as it was always from the humble beginnings.? We became one of Canada’s fastest expanding retail / service businesses between 2017 - 2020, and, Canada’s Fastest Growing Companies - The Globe and Mail (2019 & 2020).? Something each and every individual along the journey can celebrate as a rewarding and empowering career growth milestone.

As the pandemic arrived, our heroes on the frontlines continued to service Canadians from coast to coast as an essential business, and, I can truly say this was one of my proudest moments throughout my career as it was critical to stay in touch with loved ones during those unprecedented times in human history.? During the pandemic we too were also acquired by TELUS , on Canada Day 2020 ; solidifying our journey in becoming a truly Canadian success story.

With this transition, came also change.? Change that I embraced and learned to adapt to with our people and further educating ourselves into becoming the most unique solutions oriented Wireless Industry experience that embraced sustainability via the greater Telus network.? I also want to formally thank Janice Both , Meha Shah and the Senior Leadership Team for taking on our team on, learning together and growing the activations footprint + complete solution for our customers.

To my former direct team(s) Jordan Krawczuk , Aquil Charania , Susan Brake , Brock Watson , Steven Jardine , Rafael Vanegas and Onkar Kaur .. I will truly miss the fine tuned business and structure we have built with customers, people and culture always at top of mind.? We had G.R.I.T. and proved to be both gritty and collaborative along the way, while making some great memories with all of our people.? To all Team Members I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with during the last 8 years, keep on fighting the good fight, and remember, it’s never goodbye .. it’s see you later , as I have transitioned into an MK Alumni for life.

Today, my once “leap” transitions to a Jump+ | Your Local Apple Experts. via a national role as we help aid the organic growth of carrier sales and the complete solution for an already fine tuned business.

As a fellow Apple enthusiast for the last 2 decades, I look to align my passion and commitment to the end-to-end customer journey, while delivering premium product, sales and services.? In my new role as National Manager, Carrier Sales, I look forward to building new relationships, utilizing past experiences and collaboratively working with our carrier partners to enhancing our complete solutions for customers.

I once again join Tim McGuire ???????????? , Executive Chairman and James Ferguson , COO,? as we continue to write the chapters to our humble contributions within the industry .? I look forward to collaborating with my new team , Jump+ | Your Local Apple Experts. & JUMP I.T. Extended Family -? I’m all in let’s do this! Look forward to also working with the Senior Leadership Team!
