Nexer delivers Microsoft Dynamics to Volcafe globally

Nexer delivers in rolling out Microsoft Dynamics application for two of the biggest legal entities in Volcafe Vietnam. Completes seamless transition providing global application maintenance and support services to Volcafe teams across Brazil, Papua New Guinea and Uganda.

Volcafe, an E D & F?Man Holdings?Limited company and a global powerhouse in the coffee industry collaborated with Nexer India to take over the responsibility of global harmonization of process and operations by implementing Dynamics AX 2012 in Vietnam.?

Volcafe aimed to streamline the process across all the origins facilities in various parts of the globe. Nexer Enterprise Applications was entitled with the responsibility of maturing the process in ERP inline with the global objectives and rolling out application to largest facilities in Vietnam after successfully transitioning Uganda, Brazil and Papua New Guinea on Dynamics AX 2012.

Nexer was onboard as the implementation partner and our expert team based out of India took the lead in setting up the operations with the new entities while ensuring a seamless transition from Volcafe’s previous partners despite the pandemic Covid-19. The project required complex developments to suit the business needs and our teams executed the changes to perfection despite the COVID challenges and complete remote execution.?The quality driven team established effective communication with Volcafe following agile practices throughout the deployment phase for onboarding the both the legal entities in Vietnam exceeding the customers’ expectations in many ways.

The senior management at Nexer in India themselves stepped in to guide the team of experts that was met with equal support from the team at Volcafe, making what seemed to be a particularly complex task, into one of the most successful endeavours of 2020-2021 and a shining achievement for both teams.?
