Nexa appoints its first ESG Lead

We are delighted to announce that we have appointed our first ever ESG (environmental, social, governance) Lead at Nexa.

Catherine Oh has joined us in this critical role, bringing her considerable business experience and expertise in this area. We are really looking forward to working with her to increase awareness, both internally and among our clients, as well as enhancing Nexa’s own ESG performance through the implementation of sustainable and ethical strategies - which we believe will ultimately lead to improved performance across the board.

Catherine has extensive experience in the financial services sector, her 20 year career spanning roles with BlackRock, Morgan Stanley, SBC Warburg and Standard Chartered in Asia and Europe.?Cathy recently also acquired a legal degree (LLB) and legal Masters (LLM) to compliment her financial background.

Catherine is an expert on all things ESG, including regulatory requirements and equality, diversity and inclusion in business. She regularly advises SMEs on “walking the talk” - how to incorporate ESG into their business plans and organisational culture.
