FEMpreneurhulp Recap

FEMpreneurhulp supports female entrepreneurs by providing mentorship and guidance to help them navigate the complexities of their businesses. On September 19th, the FEMpreneurhulp mentoring program officially kicked off at De Roos in Amsterdam. The afternoon was filled with inspiration, learning, and powerful connections between mentees and mentors.

The event began with a warm welcome from Anna Molnár , followed by an insightful talk from Lisa Ross-Marcus , who shared valuable perspectives on creating compelling narratives.

Fleur van Dinteren presented her master thesis research from Tilburg University. In the next few months, she will investigate the influence of restrictions on obtaining capital through crowdfunding platforms on the success of female entrepreneurs. In this, she will distinguish between mothers and non-mothers.

The highlight of the day was the matching of mentees with their mentors, along with an interactive session where mentees were paired with buddies for support throughout the program. There is great excitement for the journey ahead, with anticipation for the progress mentees will make under the guidance of their dedicated mentors.
