The study aims to identify the energy needs and the required power supply slots per port, estimate the cost of the infrastructure and conduct a cost-benefit analysis of the proposals, considering environmental and social criteria. Finally, the study will propose which ports should be prioritized for the development of onshore power supply infrastructure and will identify potential financing scenarios.
