Newsletter July 2024
This month we had the kick off of a very interesting European project: RFCS HYDAM
Together with steel makers, manufacturers and academic and research institutions, Simulexa will participate in this project in simulation-related tasks.
The goal of the project is to develop techniques to analyse how hydrogen embrittlement in steels can be reduced. For this, it is necessary to predict the H2 concentration during solidification and estimate the hydrogen content of solid steel.
If you are facing H2 embrittlement problems or you would like to know more about this project, reach us out at [email protected]
Now, let's get on with the events that are happening this month

Introduction to FEA
The most competitive businesses do not design without FEA.
That is why we invite you to our new webinar on July 29th at 12:00h CET, where we will introduce the Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and why it is key to efficient design workflows.
In this event you will understand what FEA is all about, what is the difference between dynamic and static analyses and when you should use an implicit or explicit solver.
Please note that the webinar will be held in Spanish. If you are interested in this event but you do not speak Spanish, send us an email at [email protected]
