Newsletter: Jin Mao Partners Contributes to CIIE
On November 7, 2018, under the assistance of Jin Mao Partners (“JMP”), Mirror Pictures (“Mirror”) reached into cooperative memorandum with Immersive, the designer of London Olympic and Sochi Winter Olympics, regarding the development of the immersive theater project (“Project”) in Shanghai, and utilizing the platform of CIIE (China International Import Expo) to boost the creative industrial economic development between China and the UK.
Mirror devotes itself to creating the first international film innovative tech-sharing service community in China, and takes a leading position in film technology and creative production.
JMP team participated in the whole process and successfully addressed many legal issues, among which, JMP team especially provided important legal advice and service in regards with project financing, venues, government approval, income distribution, intellectual property, etc. The professional team members include Xiaolan QIU, Tina YE and Yi WEI.
