A lifelong partner for families of children with Autism, Down Syndrome, and other developmental disabilities
At the MOU ceremony organized by the Department of Empowerment of Persons With Disabilities (DEPwD) on 22nd July, the Nayi Disha team signed MOUs with 5 Composite Regional Centres (CRCs) in Ranchi, Jaipur, Chhatarpur, Gorakhpur, and Lucknow, as well as with the National Institute of Mental Health Rehabilitation (NIMHR) Sehore.
On the 27th of July with guidance from Honourable Minister Dansari Anasuya (Seethakka) and support from State Street and the Telangana government, we introduced the WhatsApp-based chatbot.
We also launched our "Know Your Rights Program" at CRC Lucknow. This initiative will support us to reach families till the last mile and empower parents and Persons with Disabilities with schemes, benefits and rights and dignity that they deserve.
