Author Elli H. Radinger, from Germany, is one of the global top authorities when it comes to wolves. She has been following wolf packs throughout Europe, Canada, and the United States, for more than 30 years.

As we mentioned before, where we get our knowledge from as Organizational Science and Business Transformation practitioners, does not matter as long as it helps us to advance our understanding on human and team dynamics.

This book is an easy read, so ideal for the upcoming vacation period, but at the same time, it will confront some of you on how highly cohesive wolves operate as a team.

It talks among other topics about:

• The importance of a secure base is to be capable of rest and recovery.
