Newsletter Employability.life Global

Our expanding partner network and qualification business have not made us lose sight of the most valuable thing we had the privilege of building - a learning system for 21st-century higher education. With the support of 塔塔咨询服务公司 , we are planning to embark on research into career service interventions towards the future of work. ?

Employabilitylife has joined Tata Consultancy Service’s (TCS) global Co-innovation programme (COIN) . We would be working with TCS COIN globally to explore joint go-to-market strategy and product and solution development for the TCS customer ecosystem.?

Moreover, Employabilitylife has become an IBM Skillsbuild partner, and this would give all our learners access to IBM content and certification. Alongside completing the XPMCs, the learners will be able to achieve IBM Digital credentials in areas such as Cybersecurity, AI, Data Analytics and Cloud Computing.?Thanks to the support of our colleague Ashish Sahasrabudhe , we were able to make it happen.

Credit goes to Ivana Hornakova and Karel Macek for illustrating the impact of XPMCs

As we look to refresh our framework it is useful for us to keep reminded what XPMCs are designed for: to give learners control over their life through immersion in real life and work environments. Refining the product?is possible only through engagement with learners and faculty at our partner institutions.?

Taking our learning from the Advanced Employability Programme, we have now designed a unified process for our learners to start and sustain their personal and professional development. Using our five Digital Economy Capabilities (5DEC) profile tools, our learners will be able to create their Personal Growth Commitment (PGC), which will encourage them to build productive habits in small steps. ??

Our learners pursuing the Advanced Employability Programme have?informed our learning about the development of the?5DEC?profile, inspired the improvement of a personal development tool - Personal Growth Commitment and highlighted the importance of learners helping others. Based on the highest number of nominations for the most supportive learner we have appointed a Global Talent Incubator ambassador, Vivek Bahuguna .?

Vivek has presented to 50 co-learners about his journey on a webinar session and opened the possibility of mentoring learners who are yet to enter higher education! He has?taken an initiative of his own to reach out to the Dean of his college Dr.Deepa Gupta and invited all first-year?students?to attend so he could tell them how transformational his experience with?Employability.life ?has been so far. Activities such as this, and the continued participation of our learners on our livestream, point to the emergence of a self-organising learning environment, a building block of the institutional transformation that we want to bring into our partner campuses.?

The Faculty of Prerna Commerce College in Nagpur

Moreover, our colleague Sugata Chowdhuri has delivered the Digital Economy Educator?Programme (faculty development) at Prerna Commerce College, Reshimbagh Chowk , Nagpur endorsed by the Institute of Leadership, UK . The feedback from the participants again provided a great learning opportunity for us as well as opened the door to future opportunities in terms of our product offerings. They spoke about their eagerness to further self-development, advocacy of the 5DEC and the need for a community to engage with other faculty as well as learners.??
