A global talent incubator working with Higher Education institutions worldwide, preparing talent for the digital economy
Monthly Updates
March 2023 has been a huge milestone for the development and launch of our Experiential Microcredential (XPMC) product.
Our first set of students has undertaken the pre-assessment tests; those who successfully pass an individual test and submit a team task (you can see the application process in the flyer?here ) will be able to join our?#Cybersecurity ?and?#DigitalFinance ?XPMCs commencing in the week of April 10th.?
Global Community Partners
Moreover, to date, 147 higher education institutions have partnered with us on a mission to transform themselves into globally connected and competitive organisations, and to prepare their learners for success in the digital economy. Our partner network accounts for more than 400,000 students, who will all be invited to participate in our?#agile , collaborative and mentor-led experience within their classrooms and the enterprise schools (eSchools) to be set up worldwide.?
Developing an Assessment Framework
The behavioural assessment model, an integral part of XPMCs, has also?been launched this month. This is based on the five strategic capabilities - Growth mindset, Influence, Career, Cultural and Digital intelligence - which have been integrated into the thinking, acting and living frameworks. This is based on self, peer and supervisor assessments. All delegates attending our flagship?#I4IC2023 ?event will be able to participate in an individual?assessment test!??
Visiting Partner Institutions
On the 14th &?15th of March 2023, our colleague?Sneha Guhathakurta ?visited?GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management , Greater Noida, to conduct a series of mentoring and induction sessions for students enrolled in the https://www.dhirubhai.net/redir/general-malware-page?url=Employability%2elife Advanced Employability Programme (AEP). Ultimately, the students are encouraged to become the co-creators of the training. While it has been the labour of many years of?experience,?expertise?and?love, we understand that we have to keep evolving: constant change is inevitable so we must embrace it. Furthermore, we are planning to invite the entire partner network to experience the soft skills test - this will demonstrate the value of our strategic capabilities framework.
Communicating with confidence: the key to clarity?- Effective communication is essential for clarity in both personal and professional settings. This involves mastering nonverbal communication, being clear and concise in speech, actively listening to others, and developing a strong sense of self-assurance.?
Matching your skills to what's out there: finding your strengths & training for more?- Matching your skills to the job market requires identifying your strengths and assessing the current demand for those skills in the?#job ?market. It may involve upskilling through training, education or experience, to improve and expand your skill set in order to meet current or future job requirements.?
