The City Mountainbike family is now enjoying a little break from UCI World Cup racing. After three consecutive rounds, the calendar will resume in August in the metropolis of S?o Paulo, Brazil, where racing will take place at the impressive Memorial da América Latina, a monument designed by the famous architect Oscar Niemeyer! With 5 out of 8 rounds completed, the battle for the overall UCI World Cup wins is still wide open. Edvin Lindh is leading the men’s ranking with 376 points but is feeling the pressure from Lorenzo Serres (333 points) and Theo Hauser (332 points). In the women’s overall standings, Tormena has a 144-point gap over Didi de Vries, who sits in second: a nice gap, but not sufficient yet. ?
