Highlights: Successes, celebrations, and big wins!

Exciting vibes in this quarter's Bound newsletter! ?? From rocking the stage at a Customer Experience Summit with an interactive workshop that uncovered incredible opportunities in the customer journey to playing a pivotal role in shaping BIG W 's app design, earning a finalist spot at the prestigious Centre for Accessibility Australia - Australian Access Awards 2023 – we've been on a roll!

But that's not all. Our epic client celebration turned Sydney's Smoke Bar and Melbourne's Yarra Botanica into the ultimate party spots!

And in the spirit of growth, 18 of our consultants underwent the CMA Consulting Group training, enhancing their skills in frameworks and processes crucial for delivering top-notch projects. Meanwhile, 9 of our leaders honed their foundational skills with The Mintable incredibly insightful training!

Now, as the holiday season rolls in, it's time for some well-deserved R&R (check out our Christmas closure dates for the deets). We'll recharge over the holidays and come back stronger than ever in the new year. ??
