New UK Office!
Nathan Claire continues to grow, with a new office in London located at Southbank Place, Waterloo. The new office will improve communications, streamline trade between the company and its growing list of clients and partners in various countries, and improve its access to technological innovations and personnel.
Nathan Claire forges new partnership with Zigiwave Bulgaria!
In helping some of the largest organizations in East and West Africa monitor their entire technology ecosystems to identify and address problems, Nathan Claire Africa has privileged insights into the current and future direction of technology in Africa. With this in mind, Nathan Claire Africa has partnered with Zigiwave based in Sofia, Bulgaria, to introduce the ZigiOps platform to leading organizations in East and West Africa. Born from the need to help you automate processes and enhance cross-team collaboration, ZigiOps is a high performance no-code integration platform that seamlessly connects your systems in minutes, extracting and transferring data between them in real-time, without any code development. It automates workflows and syncs data between Monitoring, ITSM, DevOps and business applications in real-time and can adapt to any customer use case, regardless of its complexity.
Digital transformation will continue to accelerate as organizations turn to technology to make their business processes and service delivery more cost-efficient and less susceptible to disruptions. Real-time monitoring of entire IT ecosystems, early warning systems and enhanced responsiveness by both internal IT teams and vendors is crucial for the improvement of service availability, overall business efficiency, increased returns on technology investment and reduced operating costs. https://zigiwave.com/
Dynatrace Application Security feature now automatically detects and blocks attacks in real time!
One key element for securing applications in modern environments is vulnerability management. Static Application Security Testing (SAST) solutions are a traditional way of addressing this but doesn’t work in new environments. Also, today’s container security scanners fail to provide comprehensive answers?to new security threats. The other critical aspect that needs to be addressed is?how do you protect applications against attacks that exploit vulnerabilities while your DevSecOps teams simultaneously work to resolve those issues in the code? Without real-time attack protection in place, the only possible next step is forensics after the attack to investigate what happened. In the worst case, you have to inform customers and the public about security breaches and stolen data. As important as this is, current approaches to attack detection also leave gaps. WAFs (web application firewalls) generate massive continuous configuration efforts, create false positives, and they don’t cover unknown attacks.
These are the reasons why Dynatrace added?Application Security to its platform, powered by full production insights and enabling automatic vulnerability management. And now, Dynatrace has added real-time attack protection to the Dynatrace Application Security module. Based on code-level insights and transaction analysis, attacks can be detected and blocked without configuration, achieving a perfect OWASP benchmark score for injection attacks—100% accuracy and zero false positives. https://www.dynatrace.com/platform/cloud-automation/
New SNMP platform extensions provide observability at scale for network devices!
New Dynatrace SNMP extensions now make it possible to monitor all relevant network devices in a few minutes, out of the box. Leveraging the SNMP protocol, Dynatrace provides a comprehensive observability package with ready-to-use dashboards, visualizations, alerts, device metrics, and unified analysis in one place. Dynatrace now enables full observability and monitoring for all network devices such as Cisco routers, Palo Alto Networks firewalls, or F5 load balancers by combining all necessary data in a standardized form on a single platform for unified analysis. Problem analysis based on topology enables the?Dynatrace Davis AI?to explore all discovered relationships when searching for the root cause of problems. This helps significantly in automatically answering complex questions

Dynatrace Cloud Automation is here!
Surveys suggest that a single hour of downtime can cost an organization from $1 million to over $5 million at peak periods. Beyond extensive financial costs, broken SLOs lead to customer dissatisfaction, and customers might look elsewhere for similar services. A tarnished brand reputation might discourage prospects from trying your services, slow down your customer growth, and even hinder your talent recruiting.
While Dynatrace Davis AI detects problems, underlying root causes, business impact, and SLO impact across your full-stack production deployments, Cloud Automation uses this information to trigger and execute remediation actions and observability-based validations. Therefore, it protects your production environments with automated remediation actions.
Ensure continuous software quality by combining synthetic monitoring and automatic release validation!
You can further accelerate innovation and reduce the risk of failed software releases by incorporating on-demand synthetic monitoring as a metrics provider for automatic, continuous release-validation processes. With this approach, teams can scale testing for all environments, which reduces efforts in replicating, updating, and maintaining test scripts. No external tools or additional configurations are needed.
Based on data insights and client research, popular use cases for automated problem remediation include feature flag settings, process restarts e.g. for JVM memory leaks, trigger a service restart or related actions, Kubernetes resource adoption, automatically roll out Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs) to designated environments and deployment and rollback e.g. to trigger predefined rollback or roll-forward actions when a faulty deployment violates SLOs or decreases your error budget above the target.
