Welcome to the April edition of our newsletter! In case you haven't read it in the press yet, we are excited to inform you of great news: T Comm has acquired FleetFrame!

Within the T Comm Telematics Group, we are constantly looking for ways to improve our services and solutions to meet the needs of our international customers. Therefore, we are pleased to welcome FleetFrame, a leading German trailer telematics company, as a new member of our T Comm Telematics family.

In this newsletter, in addition to the news about the acquisition of FleetFrame, we share updates about our presence at the Transport Logistic exhibition in Munich and look back at the recent webinar: 'The Week of Digitalization' organized by TLN, where we were guest speaker.

T Comm acquires Germany's FleetFrame!

FleetFrame GmbH?specializes in the development of trailer telematics solutions and is a subsidiary of?Xplus1 GmbH, one of the largest Webfleet resellers in Germany. "For the next generation of trailer telematics, we needed a suitable hardware supplier. During our discussions with T Comm, we realized that we are not only a good match on a technical level, but also share the same business philosophy," explains Peter Fuhrmann, Managing Director of FleetFrame GmbH.

Carsten Holtrup, our Country Manager Germany, comments: "Our goal is to gradually expand our presence in the German market. The acquisition of FleetFrame is an important step on this journey for us. The acquisition makes it clear that we are not a one-day wonder, but have a focus on a long-term commitment in Germany."

It was also a logical step for T Comm Group CEO Bert Hendriks: "We entered the German market last year as part of our European growth strategy. The acquisition of FleetFrame fits perfectly into this, not only in terms of strategy but also in terms of organizational culture."

Transport Logistic München: 'T Comm is present!'

T Comm Telematics will be present at the?Transport Logistic trade fair in Munich?from May 9 to 12! You can find us at booth number 329/428 in hall A3. We look forward to meet you in person. In addition to being able to meet our colleagues from FleetFrame, we will be introducing our new 'Driver App' among other things. Week of Digitization: T Comm shares vision

Good to be part of the 'Week of Digitization' as T Comm, organized by?Transport and Logistics Netherlands?and?evofenedex. On the first day, focused on effectively preparing your logistics IT systems for the future, we were able to share our vision on the use of data, the innovations in IT systems and of course Internet of Trailer / telematics solutions. A great initiative this week of digitalization and T Comm is happy to help share knowledge to make logistics processes and companies more efficient and successful.
