Welcome to April's newsletter, where I am focusing on what it takes to secure 6 and 7-figure client accounts and why your sales strategy needs to be different to achieve it.

Let's take an example. Let's say you have a successful sale process to win small accounts, but now you want to take revenue growth to the next level and secure bigger clients.

It makes sense to aim for these large accounts, as they offer plenty of opportunities for profitable and sustainable growth.

But if you apply the same sales techniques that have been successful in winning smaller accounts, and expect results by applying the same approach to securing larger ones, you will, unfortunately, waste effort and be disappointed.

Here’s why:

? C-suite executives are short on time and rarely respond to requests for a discovery meeting – you need a new way to engage them

??You have to manage and factor in a longer sales cycle

? The buying process is more complex requiring a deeper understanding of their business

? The differentiation of your offer must be amplified

? More people are involved in the decision-making process requiring more touchpoints
