Celebrating our Ethnic Futures Leaders graduates and welcoming our next delegates.
Last month we held the graduation of the 3rd cohort of the Ethnic Future Leaders Programme at the Intercontinental Park Lane Hotel. The Ethnic Future Leaders (EFL) programme is a unique, cross-industry initiative which has now positively impacted nearly 1,000 people from across the industry.?
We would like to thank? Keith Barr ?CEO 洲际酒店集团 for supporting the programme and our guest speakers? René Carayol MBE ,? David Tyler , Chair of the Parker Review,? Rebecca Harris , 洲际酒店集团 , and EFL delegates? Ebony Quow , (Associate CIPD, Bsc, Msc) , JD Sports Fashion and? Kris Comerford ,? Asda .
The following week we launched the next cohort of the Ethnic Future Leaders at a virtual event. This 4th cohort has been made possible by Sainsbury's , the first retailer to support the programme. At the launch, we were delighted to welcome nearly 300 people, who will be involved in the programme either as delegates, reverse mentees, executive sponsors or line managers. Thank you to our guest speakers? Simon Roberts ,?CEO and? Deborah Dorman ,?HR Director at Sainsbury's .
Our new delegates were also inspired by previous graduates of the programme? Naima Calu ?from Asda and? Hamza Durrani ?from Revolution Bars Group PLC , who shared their personal success stories. Naima said,?“In 6 months time you will be the success story", Hamza added,?"The EFL program celebrates diversity and helps you be yourself, opening doors and building lifelong connections".
