John Thomas Kelly
Director General Olinca ?? Founder of Colegio Ikigai and President of the Education Committee in Colegio Ikigai ?? The Future of Education 3.0 (youtube.com/@theftutureofeducation3.0)
This week I stumbled upon a remarkable podcast hosted by Piers Linney and Aalok Yashwant Shukla ! Currently, I'm diving deep into their past episodes, and this week, they spoke about groundbreaking research from the University of Montana. The study reveals that AI is scoring in the top 1% on the Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking, a standardized creativity assessment.
?? Dive into the enlightening discussion in this podcast below:
And this is their services and great website - AI Experts | AI Consultants | AI Technology | AI Development (implementai.io)
Such a rich discussion between the two and has already given me many new ideas for Colegio Ikigai .
What are we going to do in schools, when our creativity is surpassed by AI? We are going use it, to make us all more creative, productive and with better quality learning.
Think about this: Just last December, 99.9% of us were starting to explore AI generative apps and LLM, and the quality was far from impressive. Fast forward, and this research is a true eye-opener!
The sample size may be small, but it hints at something monumental—our perceptions of creativity as solely a human endeavor might be completely transformed sooner than we think!
??? Imagine this: As a history teacher, I often found myself daydreaming about the untapped potential of technology like this. This work by Lynn Rogoff working with D-ID is nothing short of amazing and show, how, if you presents students and teachers with the creative use of Education 3.0 super powers to tell stories is exceptional.
