?? Newsletter #17
Here is our spooky October newsletter!
Me and Empat team have celebrated Halloween and I`ve been to too many events this month. Interested? Buckle up and let's get cracking!
I shared with Forbes how we create a company culture at Empat
My article about Company Culture was published in Forbes. ??
I learned the PARC model at Stanford University and decided to look at Empat and our culture through it. I understood that we had been doing everything as it was supposed to go for a long time already. ??
The model helps define how an organization is structured to execute its strategy. ??
Empat is a people-oriented company so why not share our experience with everyone???
We are on Dribble and Behance!
I am happy to announce that Empat is now present on Dribble and Behance. ??
It is a great development opportunity for the company. ??
We have already published our first project called TravelApp. It turns any journey into an extraordinary adventure, so check it out if you plan to travel anytime soon.??
UkraineNow is another project we added to our charity program
UkraineNow is a linking platform that connects bright tech talents, resources, and equipment with Ukrainians needing rescuing, evacuation, and immediate assistance.??
It is one of the six projects we took under our wing as a part of our charity campaign. We cover the services we provide them to support their mission.?
4 specialists were involved in the redesigning process and web development.
We also provide product maintenance for them. Want to know more? Read the original post!
I hosted 3 events at SF/LA Tech Weeks
During SF Tech Week, I hosted a series of events that brought together tech enthusiasts, AI innovators, and defense visionaries. ??
Be Brave Like Ukraine & Rave for Freedom’s Reign celebrated the resilience of Ukrainian innovators, combining Ukrainian culture and tech brilliance for a night of powerful connections and high-energy inspiration.?
Techstars Startup Weekend SF: AI Startup Pitch & Wine welcomed AI-driven startups to pitch in San Francisco’s innovation hub, featuring a keynote from Chris Messina on tech trends.
Ukrainian Defense Tech Night showcased advancements in AI, drones, and battlefield management, with support from the Consulate General of Ukraine.
Each event offered unique insights and connections, fueling our drive for future innovations. Thanks to those who attended!
Make With Notion Conference
I was invited by Notion to attend this conference. It was one of those invitation-only events and I`m happy to be one of the lucky guests (I was pretty excited because I`m a Notion “super geek”).?
领英推荐
The topic of the conference was new Notion features that make your work easier.
Notion’s new features include Notion Mail for managing emails with AI-driven response suggestions, Forms for workspace data gathering, customizable Layouts, task automation, content generation, and expanded integrations to boost productivity.?
Can’t wait to get feedback from Empat team and see how they can help us save time and boost productivity. Looking forward to new features and updates! And don`t forget to check out my LinkedIn post!
TC Disrupt AI Founders Happy Hour
Together with TechStars at AWS, we recently hosted AI Founders Happy Hour, gathering over 380 founders, investors, and AI industry leaders to explore how C-level executives can leverage AI for growth and innovation. ??
It was a dynamic event, with engaging discussions on AI strategy, ethics, and best practices. Huge thanks to Aaron Melgar from AWS for his energy, Anton Vaisburd of SID Venture Partners for his insights on bridging the CEE and US ecosystems, and Oleksiy Malytskyy for introducing the Founders House concept.?
Special appreciation to AWS GenAI Loft SF, and Oliane Piana. None of this would have been possible without the hard work of our TechStars Startup Weekend SF AI team.??
Looking forward to more sessions like this!??
Halloween party
Our Halloween event was a mix of fun and spooky vibes! We started with a quiz, challenging each other with some horror-related questions in 6 teams. ??
There were “terrifyingly” (as our HR manager said) fun gifts from the company that our winners enjoyed. The costume party was pretty cool too — everyone went all out and came with a costume.??
We finished the night with board games, beer, and tasty food.
Can’t wait for next year’s Halloween celebration!
