Open AI revealed “SORA”, a new text-to-video model and it is rad to be honest. Sora, akin to Dall-E's functionality, utilizes text prompts not for generating images but for crafting short videos. With a simple prompt, Sora can create videos lasting up to one minute, maintaining high visual quality and faithfully following the user's instructions.?

This AI model can transform static images into dynamic video presentations. It accomplishes this feat by animating the contents of an image with precision and meticulous attention to detail. Sora can also seamlessly extend existing videos or fill in missing frames, ensuring continuity and smooth transitions throughout the video content. Pretty Rad isn't it? I told you so.?

In a significant move, the widely used Unified Payments Interface (UPI) has transcended borders, becoming accessible beyond India's boundaries. I) KANBAN framework still Rocks!?

We recently got a new client who really wants their app to be finished super quickly. They gave us a big list of things they want the app to do and when they want each part done. But it's a big project, with lots of different teams working on it, design team, developers' team and the testing team. Each team has their own jobs to do, and they all depend on each other to finish their work.?

Hurdle:?

We're finding that there are a lot of hold-ups in getting the app ready. The developers must wait for the testers to check their work before moving on to the next part. But the testers are struggling to keep up because there's so much to test, and they're not catching all the important bugs in time. This means we're not getting the finished parts to the client when we promised, which is making everyone frustrated and risking the whole project.?

We implemented something called "Kanban methodology" to help things run smoother. Here's how it worked:?

• We used a big board divided into sections that showed where each part of the app was in the process. This allowed everyone to see what was being worked on and where things might be getting stuck.?
• We only let a certain number of tasks be worked on at once in each section. This stopped us from getting overwhelmed and helped us focus on finishing one thing at a time.?
• We made sure the developers and the testers talked to each other a lot. This means the developers could tell the testers as soon as they finished something, and the testers could quickly check it for any problems.?
• We used colors or labels to show which tasks were the most important. With this help, we knew which things needed fixing right away and which ones could wait a bit.?
• We had regular meetings where we talked about how things were going and how we could make them better. This helped us learn from our mistakes and keep getting better at making apps on time.?
