“COMPANIES’ TRANSFORMATION TOWARDS SDGS IS NOT A SACRIFICE BUT AN OPPORTUNITY”
The words of José Manuel Entrecanales, our Chairman and CEO, during his participation in the opening session of the United Nations Global Compact Leaders’ Summit, held in parallel to the UN General Assembly and in the framework of ClimWeek NYC. A meeting at which business, government and civil society leaders from all over the world analyzed the contribution of the private sector to the progress of the SDGs.
ACCIONA AWARDED MAJOR ROAD INTERCHANGE PROJECT CONTRACT IN ADELAIDE, SOUTH AUSTRALIA
We face a new challenge in Australia, a project worth AUD 120 million that will facilitate access to the Southern Expressway highway for neighbors in the suburbs south of Adelaide.
ACCIONA AND ITS PARTNERS COMPLETE THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE SITE C HYDROELECTRIC DAM (CANADA)
And then there’s the projects, having already reached their early construction milestones, that lead to others. Take Canada, for example, and the country’s biggest dam, 60 meters high and over a kilometer wide, the structure of which is now fully complete.

Jesús Argumedo is a Specialist in diversity. He has worked for some of the world’s top multinationals, was awarded a cum laude for this thesis, and works daily to instil values of inclusion and accessibility. And, by the way, he has a visual disability.
