For support services, an ongoing challenge is to continuously enhance the understanding of the diverse businesses’ challenges and design the processes accordingly. Our organization design comprises of:

1. Strategy: Knowing the Value Proposition (Business Direction)?of the organization which provides the foundation upon which the Value Stream can flow effectively. Then, the?work can undergo?the required structuring?to run efficiently. The choice of Value Proposition leads to an organizational excellence strategy. Once an organization defines a simple value stream, the focus of the organization's design often centers on automating processes and procedures.
2. Excellence?(Value Proposition)?Operational excellence is an organization’s value proposition to its customers. In the case of support services, our businesses are our customers. Operational excellence is about WHY work is done.
3. Effectiveness (Value Stream) Operational effectiveness is about doing the right things. It revolves around?making sure that all the core tasks done by the organization create value for their end customer, ensuring that the core?Value Stream?is correctly designed.?Organizational effectiveness denotes?the concept of how?effectively an?organization achieves the outcomes it intends to produce.?It’s about WHAT?work is done.
4. Efficiency (Structure) Operational efficiency is about doing things right. In other words, it means ensuring that the workflows are error-free, thus preventing delays and cost increases caused by delays and rework. Operational efficiency entails?the capability of an organization to deliver services to its business customers in the most efficient manner possible while ensuring high quality of service, and support. It’s not about cost-cutting - it is about HOW?work is done.

In today’s world, the challenge is not to be excellent, effective, and efficient but to be more excellent, effective, and efficient than before!

JBS Team visited Riyadh, The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to participate in the LEAP 2024. The LEAP event took place from March 4th to 7th, 2024, and is one of the world’s most attended tech events, where you journey into New Worlds!

The LEAP 2024 event kicked off with tech enthusiasm for the JBS Team, which conducted productive discussions with potential customers and partners followed up with more exposure and opportunities. Visitors also showed interest in the JBS booth and connected with the experienced JBS Team.

Jaffer Agro Services

EMERGE is a Trainee Program of the Jaffer Group designed to foster and cultivate aspiring professionals by equipping them with the requisite knowledge and skills.

This program provides hands-on experience and training to fresh graduates in their chosen fields, making it an ideal launchpad for successful career and growth opportunities.

To empower the young and new talent to Learn, Excel, and Lead in their careers. Also, gain experience and growth from the Jaffer platform in one thrilling ride.

The first initiative of EMERGE is a trainee program launched by Jaffer Agro Services (Pvt.) Ltd. embarking on the hunt for future agriculture talent through an extensive “Recruitment Drive” covering Pakistan's top agriculture universities.

The recruitment drive was spread over two weeks starting from November 10th, 2023 followed by an exhausting selection process and onboarding of the final candidates in January 2024.

Other businesses of the Group also plan to execute a similar EMERGE program in the near future.

Jaffer Agro Services Agrochem Annual Dealer Conferences were held in January 2024. This year the annual dealer conference was a series of focused events organized in each region.

During the conferences, the performance of the respective regions as well as of the dealers was presented, and future business direction was shared with the teams followed by recognition of the top and other prominent performers.

M/s Attock Cement acquires JK DTH Drilling Rig from Jaffer Brothers!

The Jaffer Brothers Machinery Sales Team Karachi comprising Mr. Muhammad Jamil, Product Manager, and Mr. Saqib Rafat Ali, Assistant Manager of Business Development successfully secured the order for a Down-the-Hole Drilling Rig at M/s Attock Cement. This achievement not only highlights the team's expertise but also speaks volumes about the customer’s trust in Jaffer Brothers. The win also demonstrates the values of “EXCELLENCE” and “OWNERSHIP” reflected by both Jamil and Saqib.

This breakthrough exhibits the remarkable dedication of both to promote the adoption of the JK DTH Drilling Rig. They not only identified and aligned with this new product but also ensured its compliance with high-quality standards and secured robust after-sales support.

Jaffer Power Systems offers turnkey power generation and air compression solutions, fully supported by world-renowned European and Chinese Principals. This business started in 2012 and since then has supplied gensets to all industry sectors and segments including strategic and infrastructure units.

Jaffer Power has also participated in strategic & infrastructure development projects across Pakistan. It provides Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintains spare parts stock for its valued customers nationwide.

Jaffer Power offers a complete range of generators and services that are widely acceptable to all the leading consultants. It maintains a wide range of stock to fulfill immediate customer requirements.

It also offers turnkey and optimized solutions for all power-related needs with consulting, load assessments, and power management tools and software for remote monitoring.
