Social Equity Individual Applicant Verification
On January 30, DCR hosted a webinar for people interested in becoming verified as? Social Equity Individual Applicants (SEIAs), a designation that allows folks to participate in the Department’s Social Equity Program, and have opportunities to apply for certain cannabis business licenses that are earmarked for this group. California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)
On February 12 at 12:00 PM, DCR will host a webinar explaining CEQA requirements for cannabis businesses. The presentation will also discuss how to qualify for an exemption, what happens if you don’t qualify, and how California’s Provisional License expiration dates affect the timeline for this process.
