Hydroscand acquires Park Hose and Gaskets

Hydroscand, a leading provider of solutions and services for hoses, fittings and related products, is pleased to announce its acquisition of Park Hose and Gaskets, a well-established hose assembly and testing specialist of industrial hoses, based in Warrington, United Kingdom. Park Hose and Gaskets is renowned for its expertise in composite hoses and serves various industries, including tankers, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, and waste.

This strategic acquisition is part of Hydroscand’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its position in the UK’s industrial hose market. Park Hose and Gaskets will continue to operate from its current Warrington facility, retaining its skilled workforce and offering the same high-quality service its customers have come to trust.
