We're thrilled to kick things off with some big news - Sukino is spreading its wings with the grand opening of not one, but two brand-new centers! Say hello to Sukino Manyata Hebbal and Sukino Bannerghatta Road, where cutting-edge facilities and compassionate care converge to create a brighter tomorrow for all.

Collaborating for a Cause

In our pursuit of providing comprehensive care, we're proud to announce our collaboration with CyteCare hospitals for Comprehensive Cancer Care and Home Care services. Our recent Continuing Medical Education session on 30th January marked a significant milestone in our mission to deliver personalized care to those in need. The event attracted an esteemed audience comprising Oncologists, Neurologists, and Palliative care specialists. Our very own Dr. Harish and Dr. Karthik led the session, providing valuable insights into our collaborative efforts and the enhanced services we aim to deliver. Cheers to the power of partnership!

A Journey to Recovery

Let's also take a moment to celebrate Patient K S Panicker's incredible journey, whose recovery path began at Sukino. With dedication and teamwork, our team and treatment module played a vital role in Panicker's healing process, earning praise from his family.

Making Waves Internationally

Sukino had the opportunity to take the global stage at the International Patient Safety Conference 2024 hosted by Apollo. I was so glad that I was invited to speak on the Technological Innovations in Home Care where I stressed the importance of patient safety and innovation and Sukino's unending commitment and contribution to it. Talking further about patient centricity, I shared a few of my thoughts on why putting patients first is the right approach in healthcare and wellness and how continuum care essentially operates on the same concept. The government’s role in shaping the ecosystem cannot be overlooked and I would like to applaud its comprehensive vision for development outlined in the Union Budget.

Rehabilitation at Sukino leaps into the future by introducing Blazepods - dynamic training tools designed to enhance coordination, agility, and reaction time. From stroke recovery to sports training, Blazepods offer engaging workouts with promising applications in neurorehabilitation. Talk about a game-changer!

We've also revolutionized physiotherapy with AI-based assessments and consultations, bringing personalized care to your doorstep. Our camps at H&M Corporate offices on the 6th and 8th of February showcased the power of technology in providing tailored solutions for individuals' unique needs. Over 65? participants underwent detailed evaluations and received personalized physiotherapy consultations. Kudos to our dedicated team for making it happen!

Speaking about our team efforts, Lakshmi Balaraman, our Center Head at Koramangala needs a special mention. She has completed a rigorous UK-based care program and her dedication to excellence and continuous learning sets a shining example for us all. Please join me in congratulating her on this remarkable achievement and in celebrating the work anniversary of Shiji Roy, our dedicated Staff Nurse from Kochi.

From esteemed neurosurgeons to Principal Assessors, Sukino is honored to host stalwarts in healthcare, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration. Moments like these inspire us to keep pushing boundaries and striving for excellence.?

Neurosurgeon Dr. Manpreeth Singh from Ballenus Champion and Dr. Praharaj HOD Neuroscience from Fortis Hospital Bannerghatta visited our facilities and encouraged our entire team.?

Dr Vikram Kashyap Neurosurgeon and Principal Assessor NABH, has teamed up with Sukino for a knowledge-sharing session, while Dr. Chennakeshava delivered a coordinated high-value session on patient-centered healthcare.

And here’s a wellness tip for you on mindful breathing.

Here's how to do it:

Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down. Close your eyes if it helps you to relax. Take a deep breath in through your nose, feeling your lungs fill with air. Hold your breath for a moment.

Slowly exhale through your mouth, releasing any tension or stress with each breath. Continue to breathe deeply and rhythmically, focusing all your attention on the sensation of your breath as it enters and leaves your body.

If your mind starts to wander, gently bring your focus back to your breath without judgment.
