Record number of FPPs submitted in ITEA Call 2024

Following the submission deadline for Full Project Proposals on 17 February, we are happy to announce that ITEA has received a record-breaking 38 FPPs, totaling 4700 Person Years.

The FPP evaluation results will be shared with project leaders on 31 March. Stay tuned!

Goodbye to the ITEA Magazine - ITEA news goes fully digital

In March, we will publish the 50th edition of the ITEA Magazine. This celebratory issue will also be the final edition. With the increasing shift towards digital media and our commitment to sustainability, we will share all ITEA news with you in a digital-only format from now on. End-user happiness: HeKDisco

Every year, many elderly individuals experience falls, often resulting in serious injuries. Caretronic , partner in the ITEA project HeKDisco, offers an innovative AI-powered wristband that can both predict and detect falls. Caregivers and family members receive recommendations regarding the necessary care via a web dashboard and mobile app. This innovation supports clinical decisions, reduces the burden on caregivers, lowers medical costs, and enhances the quality of life for seniors.

Mark your calendar for the ITEA Project Outline Preparation Days 2025 and project exhibition, taking place from 16–18 September in Estoril, Portugal.
