CDP Insights - November 2024: Partnering with organisations to foster a diverse and inclusive workforce.

This month all eyes are on psychosocial safety and what the Australian Government’s newest legislation means for your organisation. Enterprise Professor Jane Burns is Corporate Diversity Pathways’ Principal Workplace Wellbeing, and she’s making it clear that mental health is everyone’s business.

“Every organisation, school, factory, café needs access to evidence-based methods for monitoring, managing and responding to the mental health needs of its employees. Last week we participated in co-design workshops at SafeWork’s NSW Summit on “Managing Fatigue and Preventing Burnout”, signalling our commitment to workplace wellbeing, mental fitness and resilience training. In early 2025, an Industry Action Report will set out the co-designed interventions and identify key challenges and mitigation strategies for managing and preventing fatigue and burnout in the healthcare sector. Send us an email at [email protected] to register and receive a copy of the SafeWork Summit Report.
