News from the showrooms // Curiosity

#42

Dear readers,

how are things going in the showrooms? "I am pleased with the curiosity. There is a great openness to new things," says Marion Hoferer from MODEist. "We had a very good pre-order period and generally the impression that many retailers had ordered too little. This is a sign that things turned out better than expected," reports Damir Prins-Juric from the agency Prins-Juric. Sabine Lamann from the agency Lamann adds, "I see, among other things, a great demand for entry-level prices in the premium segment. But we are not tied to a specific price category; I see us as a democratic showroom where everyone can find something."

?There is something new in all agencies, but, in our opinion, not random. Not new for the sake of being new. "We no longer see ourselves as a trend agency, but as a partner with whom you build a long-term, ideally sustainably driven business," says Christian Obojes from room with a view. And Ben Botas from Ben and even says: "We are not an agency." Achieving success together, sell-through instead of sell-in, this guideline is important to make the right decisions now.

Best regards,
