They fulfill an important function for people who want to achieve a common goal. However, as management and organizational coaches, we often find that in many larger organizations, cooperation across hierarchical levels does not work well or at all, especially between the upper levels. In the latest episode of Leaders Talk, Karsten was joined by Vivian Luechau- de la Roche, the Head of 'Mission Control Center' at SAP.
