Topic: Certainly, no one wishes to discriminate, especially in the workplace. However, individuals and groups of people sometimes feel excluded or disadvantaged in their company. We also hear about micro-aggressions. As a leader or HR manager, how can this sensitive issue be tackled in practical terms? What criteria can help us to take clear and inclusive action in our companies?

What’s New

  • In March, we wrapped up our latest certification workshop for our Resilience Instrument, the Executive FiRE Index 3.0.?Amongst the participating colleagues were seven coaches from Ukraine who will support our Cosmikk-Foundation Project?of providing resilience coaching to the team of Future for Ukraine Foundation. The team of FFU provides prosthetics to wounded soldiers, psychological help to women who experienced sexual violence during the war, and support for children with mental health issues.

  • The project started in March with a joint kickoff in Kyiv. Therefore, Karsten traveled to the capital of Ukraine, to facilitate the cooperation between the Cosmikk-Foundation and the new project partner Future for Ukraine Foundation (FFU).   • In other news, Karsten Drath, together with Wolfgang Krüger and Reinhold Stritzelberger, released a new book called 'Als Führungskraft dauerhaft erfolgreich'. It answers questions such as how successful careers develop, what the secret of long-term professional success is and how one can lead teams to success.?You can learn more about it here. ??????????????????????????????????

  • Furthermore, you can meet the Lead Coaches for the Modul Executive Coaching of our Coaching Master Programme: Doris van de Sand (ICF MCC) and Swaan Barrett are partners at Leadership Choices and jointly manage the overall program for the Coaching Master Curriculum. They are also lead coaches for Module "Executive Coaching". Find more information here.
