News from Leadership Choices

We’re excited to share this year's final newsletter with you! You can find our upcoming events as well as key takeaways from our latest podcasts and everything else below —always with our motto in mind: Better Leadership, Better Organizations, Better World.

LC Impulse

In our virtual events “LC Impulse” we share inspirational approaches around leadership, resilience and transformation.

  • December 19, 2024: Bridging Hierarchies in Transformation Processes with Swaan Barrett (in ENGLISH) In larger organizations, hierarchies remain useful in some form to help structure and organize flows of information and decision-making. At the same time, hierarchies often lead to silos and gaps which require bridging and integration. Nowhere is this more important than in management boards and leadership teams. When the top levels of an organization are unaligned, there are downstream reverberations throughout the entire organization. This is why focusing on a specific leadership purpose for management teams is valuable. It is a keystone in minding the gaps that naturally occur in organizations. Learn how a leadership team purpose helps everyone in the team align for collaboration and what some of the challenges are along the way. The session will include practical examples and space for reflecting on your experience in working with leadership teams. Register here

And we also have exciting LC Impulse again in the new year (always starting at 8am):

Podcast Leaders Talk

In our new episode of Leaders Talk, Dr. Nina Stoffers, Managing Director of the Landesvereinigung Kulturelle Kinder- und Jugendbildung Sachsen, is our guest. Drawing on the latest findings from neurobiology, this module introduces science-based methods to strengthen resilience. You’ll gain practical techniques to integrate this knowledge into your coaching practice, supporting your clients in developing self-leadership. Learn how to foster these critical skills in others while authentically demonstrating them yourself.
