- In other news, we also want to introduce you to our LC Coaching Master Program! It consists of five modules of 35 hours each. The program is offered in German in a mixture of virtual and face-to-face sessions in Wiesbaden. The common thread of this program is the application of coaching as a technique and as a mindset in the context of leadership, transformation and resilience. All modules can be booked individually or as a package. You will learn how to apply coaching in development conversations with individuals, in teams and other organizational contexts. You will have an enhanced understanding of the concept of resilience, including the ability to work with the Executive FiRE Index 3.0, a scientifically developed personality instrument to improve the resilience of leaders and their people.???
