Print ist die einzig wahre Manifestation von Wissen im Online-Zeitalter
A lot has happened since the official market launch of the Atomyx integration platform in spring 2024: two partners, Design’N’Buy and Omikai, were on board for Atomyx Prepare before drupa, followed by Aleyant and PrintXpand in mid-September. In addition, test licenses for the Atomyx Prepare module have been officially available since August.
Atomyx Prepare is one of three modules of the cloud-based integration platform and is designed as a SaaS API for use in prepress and PDF processing. The solution is based on Callas’ PDF toolbox and preflights, converts, checks, optimizes and prepares files for automated print production.
Since August, interested or potential users have been able to purchase test licenses for the SaaS API and put the solution through its paces. A “processing credit” of 500 credits is available for this, which makes it possible to integrate cloud-based artwork processing with Atomyx Prepare into real e-commerce and production environments and test it under real conditions.
New partners on board
The Atomyx Prepare module has already been implemented by several partners, for example in the cloud-based MIS platform of the Swedish solution provider Omikai and the Indian/US web-to-print provider Desig’N’Buy. Two new implementation partnerships were also announced a few days ago: Aleyant, a provider of web-to-print software solutions headquartered in the US, has integrated Atomyx Prepare into its new product “PDF2Press”, which is designed to automate the management of print data, from upload to proofing and print-ready file.
The second new partner is the Indian/American company, Biztech, which has integrated the Atomyx Prepare functionalities for automated data processing and optimization into its web-to-print and print-on-demand platform PrintXpand.
