It’s with great pleasure that we welcome Kelly Sinclair to the team. Kelly is a very well known salesperson specialising in selling luxury property from Auckland to Franklin. She will be a tremendous asset to the team.

Our auction success continues with both auctions selling under the hammer for fantastic prices on Thursday. Congratulations to Eden and John for superbly executed campaigns. As usual great calls made by John Bowring.

We are definitely seeing more of a positive trend in the market with auction success and multiple buyers in rooms at auctions actually bidding. Also we are having multiple offers again on property. Interesting enough it’s stock that’s been sitting for a while with CASH offers being presented.

At the parnell office we said goodbye to Office Administrator Lisa McLaughlin, Lisa has decided to further her real estate career and get into a Leasing and Commercial Sales role. We wish her all the best.

The Stones showed that persistence pays off with finally selling 17 Cathedral Place in Parnell for $1,600,000. After carrying the listing for 6 months Lisa decided to call back everyone that had been through the campaign prior to Christmas, this resulted in a second viewing and eventually a sale. 

Lastly, our thoughts are with the Muslim community effected by the horrible events that took place last Friday in Christchurch.
