Great activity on the listing board for Newmarket which is great to see. Our auction pipeline is improving and with a success rate of 80% why wouldn't this be an option for your vendors. Business planning is in full swing and we are looking good to run into the second quarter. 

Birthdays this week go out to Eden, Tanya and Mercedes and also Billy for late last week.

This week we are excited to welcome Rosie Winitana to the Parnell team. Rosie has come across from the Megan Jaffe Real Estate where she was in charge of Front of House. We are all very excited to have someone of this caliber looking after the team!

And if Rosie wasn’t enough to cuten things up in the office, I’d like you to meet Lilly. 

Lilly is our Director of First Impressions, her role is to welcome members of the public to our office. She’s cute, adorable but definitely no push over. Lilly’s other role is keep the team mentally fit, as we all know dogs can help with stress levels, anxiety and depression. Steve Stone had his first session with Lilly yesterday after his auction not selling and the turnaround in his mindset was phenomenal.
