On returning from sunny Europe last week I immediately noticed the cold weather here is turning warmer.
The market is definitely showing signs of positivity and having great momentum. In general, inspection numbers are at positive levels with offers and multiple interest as a result.
Watching from abroad on social media I saw the auction success rate and uplift in auction listings which is fantastic.
Thank you to Stephen for overlooking the office while I was away. Appreciate it mate.
Kudos to Billy, who just finished the no.60 quarter marathon this week and has done so over the past 5 years. Great dedication mate!
