Many people ask why we can provide high quality custom machining service. Here I will tell you.

Below photo shows our newly added facility KOIKE plasma cutting machine who has been installed and would be put into production soon.

This machine can handle stainless steel sheet with thickness up to 80mm and 40mm for carbon steel sheet, tolerance ±1mm, and the max cutting area can reach up to 3000x18000mm.

The equipment adopts FANUC control system, and it uses "cross" laser positioning technology to ensure that can meet the requirements of high precision.

Openex is equipped with all series of cnc machines, can deal with parts from small to super large size, contact me if you have any custom machining, large fabrication or casting requirements.
