其中，信跃集团旗下的镀锌防腐加工厂，坐落于百亿道6号，面积16000㎡，全部建设镀锌生产线，以脚手架圆盘镀锌为主，日产量可约达280吨，上半年销售总产值约为1900万元。

而集团在保温加工领域，也深耕细作、精益求精，工厂坐落于天津市静海区大邱庄新工业园区，占地面积100亩，注册资金1.568亿元人民币，固定资产投入1.1亿元，公司拥有先进的生产设备和生产工艺，目前可生产的产品种类包括环保无氟聚氨酯直埋保温管、电预热无补偿直埋保温管、钢套钢复合蒸汽保温管钢套钢蒸汽保温管、聚乙烯外护套、PE供水管及保温管件。上半年产量约达48000米，上半年销售总产值约为4100万元。

The company has advanced production equipment and production technology, and currently?can produce products including environmental protection fluorine-free polyurethane directly buried insulation pipe,?electric preheating direct buried insulation pipe without compensation, steel clad steel composite steam insulation pipe, steel clad steel steam insulation pipe, polyethylene outer sheath, PE water supply pipe and insulation pipe fittings. In the first half of the year, the output reached about 48000 meters, and the total sales value was about 41 million yuan.
