1. How long have you been with BANF and what led you to joining the BANF team?

My name is Jeong JuYoung and I am pleased to join the team at BANF. I was attracted to this company due to its innovative work on the development of smart tire technology with sensor attachments. Additionally, the kindness and welcoming nature of the interviewers was a deciding factor in my desire to join this organization.

2. How would you describe your role and what do you like about it? How does it challenge you?

As a data scientist, my role involves considering the full process of obtaining tire sensor data, including how to effectively collect and analyze real-time data, and examining the unique patterns that may emerge in various data sets. I am grateful to have been given the opportunity to work as a developer, and have appreciated the support and inclusion I have received from my team. Being a part of BANF, a deep tech start-up at the forefront of smart tire innovation, allows me to feel like I am contributing to a promising future for the company.

3. Why is BANF’s technology so important?

BANF is introducing groundbreaking technology that has the potential to revolutionize the automotive industry. As is often the case, accidents can result in severe casualties and financial losses. However, our technology has the potential to mitigate these risks. It is our belief that other tire manufacturing companies could benefit from implementing similar technology in their products.

4. What’s your personal vision of the future for BANF?

It is anticipated that within a few years, other tire manufacturing companies will express strong interest in BANF's technology, leading to a significant increase in the value of the company.

5. What aspect of BANF’s technology really grabs you?

?Learning how to handle time series data is attractive to me.
